CHARACTERISTIC:

The grinding machine working table's lengthways moving and grind head's transverse moving is hydraulic transmission, the stepless velocity modulation;

1) The grind head perpendicular feed for the hand moves, and have the quick elevating mechanism, and it can lighten labour intensity, raises work efficiency;

2) Grinding head perpendicular feed slideway installs the boundary lubrication material of my factory originates straight line bearing, and feeding sensitivity is high;

3) The machine tool bed adopts the heat symmetry design, and the heat-distortion is become a little; Using the oil returning to heat the bed slideway, the slideway straightness change is below 0.005㎜;
